    TimeMole sits in your menu bar and records which app, window and document you're in, minute by minute, into a database on your Mac. Nothing to start, nothing to forget.

  2. You review your day

    Open the timeline and see the day as it actually happened. Merge sessions, assign them to projects and clients — or let your local AI propose the entries and just say yes.

  3. Only what you confirm leaves

    Push confirmed entries to Moco today, more invoicing tools soon. The raw timeline itself never syncs anywhere — that part of your day is nobody's business.

A time tracker sees everything you do. That record shouldn't live on someone else's servers. TimeMole keeps it in a local SQLite database on your Mac — and the app is built so it can't leave.

  • Raw activity stays here

    Every app name, window title and document path is written to local SQLite. There is no TimeMole cloud, so there is nothing to sync to.

  • No account, no telemetry

    The app works without a sign-up and sends no analytics. Neither does this website — no cookies, no trackers.

  • AI that can look, not touch

    Claude reads your timeline through a local, read-only connection and proposes entries. Proposals wait in quarantine until you approve each one.

  • One narrow tunnel out

    Only entries you explicitly confirm are pushed out — to your own Moco account, with your own key. Nothing else ever travels.
